I do mostly art commission but also, the occasional VTuber models (wip).

Disclaimer; Upon commissioning me (Killa), you agree to all the terms given below.
Failure of abiding these terms will result in a ban from commissioning me again.
If the terms get broken during a commission process, the commission will be canceled and all rights to the piece will be forfeited.
I do not take responsibility for people that fail to read and abide these terms!

0️⃣1️⃣ GENERAL TERMS
▫ Prices are subject to change based on demand.
▫ I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
▫ I forbid the use of my commissions for NFT.

0️⃣2️⃣ PAYMENT
▫ All payments are in USD, sent through Paypal. Any other currency and/or payment method will not be accepted.
▫ Commissions can only be paid 100% upfront and I will not start working until I receive full payment.
▫ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

0️⃣3️⃣ PROCESS
▫ The time for the commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commissioned piece, work, family issues... If any of the factors mentionned before occurs, the commissioner will be informed as soon as possible.

0️⃣4️⃣ REVISIONS
▫ You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price : during the sketch phase, the rendering phase, and the finishing phase.
▫ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

0️⃣5️⃣ COPYRIGHTS/USAGE POLICY
1. Non-profit commissions
▫ Do not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc). Do not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent. Commissioned products are for personal use. Only the commissioner may use the commission and grant permission to others to use the commission.
▫ Removing any watermarks/signatures will be considered copyright infringement. I retain rights to the artwork I produced, and I am free to post the commission to a portfolio and use it in self-promotion. When using, the artist (me) will not misrepresent the original designs or the intent of the commissioner.
2. Commercial commissions
▫ Distribution for profit is granted. The commissioner may use the commission and grant permission to others to use the commission. The commissioner must give credit to the artist (me) when in use. I will not have the right to re-sell the commission for another commercial business.
▫ I still retain rights to the artwork I produced. I am free to post the commission to a portfolio and use it in self-promotion. When using, the artist (me) will not misrepresent the original designs or the intent of the commissioner.

0️⃣6️⃣ CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
▫ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
▫ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
▫ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
▫ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
▫ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

0️⃣7️⃣ WHAT I DRAW AND DON'T DRAW
Here is a small list of what I'm comfortable with drawing, and what I'm not comfortable with.
I will draw:
▫ Anthros/furries
▫ Humanoids
▫ Soft gore (e.g. blood, bruises)
▫ This excludes depictions of self-harm
▫ Artistic nudity
▫ Most body shapes
▫ This excludes morbid obesity and anorexia
I will not draw:
▫ Hyper (anything)
▫ Sexual themes
▫ Extreme fetishes
▫ Underage characters
▫ Copyrighted characters (e.g. Pokémon, Sonic, MLP)
▫ Mecha
